• Boards Shipping - FREE UK SHIPPING – order before 3pm and  your items will be dispatched the next day - Weekdays only.

• Boards 2 Year Warranty - Our iSUPs come with a 2 year warranty and the paddle, pump, bag, leash and fins are covered for 12 months. This warranty covers the manufacturing process only and does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect storage and transporting, accidents, heat exposure, direct sunlight, exposure to frost, used in a commercial, rental or teaching setting. Slight cosmetic defects that do not affect the performance or use are not included, as all our boards are made by hand. The 2 year warranty starts the day the 

board is purchased from either North Sands Paddle Boards direct or through one of our suppliers. The receipt must be presented at the time of claiming the warranty and the receipt/warranty is non transferable.

• 30 Day Returns - If you are not happy with your purchase you may return them within 30 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the products at their own cost. We will inspect the product(s) within 5 days of receiving them, if it has been used or damaged we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.
